we also offer jagua, a natural alternative that stains immediately and darkens over 24-48 hours into a blue-black hue.
we do party henna, henna stalls, workshops, photoshoots, corporate events, community markets, creative pop-ups, festivals, weddings, personal celebrations like birthdays, and bridal henna.
yes! our jagua and henna blends are made with fresh, natural ingredients — no chemicals or dyes.
for natural henna, let the henna paste fully dry (at least 30 minutes). then make a solution of lemon and sugar, and use a cotton pad to dab it on the henna once it is dry to keep it moist. leave the paste on for several hours, or as long as possible. when removing the henna paste, scrape off the parts that have not flaked off. try to avoid water on the stain for 24 hours. it will appear orange at first, and gradually become darker over 24 hours. henna tends to stain darker on the palms of the hands and feet.
for jagua, keep the gel on for about 3 hours for the best stain and wash it off with water afterwards. it stains immediately, but after washing it will be very faint as it darkens in 24-48 hours. the final stain will turn out bluish black, with an ink-like finish!
